A water mill located beside the east exit of the Otou Tunnel that connects Ino Town and Niyodogawa Town is your guide when you visit Fureai no Sato Yanagino. It serves udon noodles made with seasonal wild edible plants and homemade sobagaki (a buckwheat dough ball). Workshops on making soba and konjac are also held.
