Kuroshio Udon is a popular local udon restaurant located along National Highway 56 in Tosa City. The highly recommended udon noodles are topped with grated bonito-flavored Kishu plums produced in Wakayama whose stones are removed one by one by hand, grated radish, and crumbled seaweed.
