 Hagi no Chaya

Hagi no Chaya won the first award in the Niyodogawa area category of the Kochike no Shokutaku prefecture citizens’ general election in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Founded 40 years ago in a place overlooking Usa Bay, Hagi no Chaya, which won all the first prizes in the Niyodogawa area category of the election, offers seafood preserved in a fish tank and grilled over a flame, such as short-necked clam, clam, turban shell, tokobushi abalone, purple Washington clam, noble scallop, and Japanese lobster. Yakiniku is also popular, and experts usually order it after eating seafood and finish off the meal with shellfish rice and shellfish soup.
