Shikoku 88 temples tour No.36 Shoryuji Temple
The “Ohenro” is a pilgrimage that follows the 88 sacred sites where Kobo Daishi (Kukai) practiced about 1,200 years ago. Participants will experience a mini-henro (pilgrimage) by climbing the 170 stone steps to the main hall while wearing an ohenro costume.
Traditional roofed leisure boat “Yakatabune:Niyodo River”
The boat ride takes about 50 minutes with a view of the Niyodo River. The water surface is so close that you can stretch out your hand and touch the flow of the river. Enjoy the seasonal views of the sky, mountains, and river that can only be seen from the boat.
Inaka-sushi Bento (Japanese box lunch)
On board, enjoy Inaka-sushi lunch full of local ingredients. Inaka-zushi is sushi made with vegetables and is a local dish from the mountainous areas of Kochi Prefecture.
In case the yakatabune cruise is out of service：Tosa Washi Handmade
Please note that the yakatabune may be cancelled due to rising water or weather conditions. In such cases, the yakatabune will be replaced by a Tosa Washi paper-making experience in Tosawashi kogeimura.
