The Kusaka River regulating reservoir is designed to control flooding along the Kusaka River, a branch of the Niyodo River, and is the biggest wetlands in the Kochi Prefecture. You can observe precious aquatic plants and migratory birds. An observation event called Killifish Pond Footpath is also held.
