Kezuri-imo《Rikyu》
Clear Niyodo River Kezuriimo. Made from Tosa Beni Kintoki (sweet potatoes) grown in the fertile red soil of the midstream of the Niyodo-Watashi River. Kezuri potatoes with a light texture that are carefully shaved one by one by hand.
