Menya Kurahashi
The owner moved to Ochi Town in 2015 as a member of the Local Vitalization Cooperator, and created Ochi Brothless Dandan Noodles with Ochi Town's specialty sansho pepper, which won the first prize in the first Shikoku Shoku Wan Grand Prix. After the assignment as a member, he opened this ramen restaurant. First of all, just eat the brothless dandan noodles, which are more filling than they appear.
