Osaka Naniwa Dotonbori Takoyaki
The omusoba is a perfect combination of chewy yakisoba noodles coated with its original sauce with sugar tomato puree, and a fluffy omelet. The new type of the tomato and cheese okonomiyaki served as a limited seasonal dish when tomato is in season uses tomato and cheese not only as a topping but also as a filling.
