The omusoba is a perfect combination of chewy yakisoba noodles coated with its original sauce with sugar tomato puree, and a fluffy omelet. The new type of the tomato and cheese okonomiyaki served as a limited seasonal dish when tomato is in season uses tomato and cheese not only as a topping but also as a filling. The okonomiyaki, in which sweet and delicious fruit tomato from Hidaka, which is in season in winter, is lavishly used, is only available from November to June.
